Our 1 hour vinyasa yoga class focuses on movements that connect to the breath. Suitable for beginner and intermediate practitioners, the gentle flow builds stretching and strengthening movements that help us in everyday life. Includes a break at the half hour mark to allow those with less time to take a shorter class.

A HIIT-style cardio workout combined with resistance training, this fitness kickboxing class will get you moving! Minimal equipment is needed; it can be done with or without gloves. Thirty minutes of kickboxing is followed by fifteen minutes of slow-flow martial arts forms to cool down and refocus.
